The Second Annual Affiliate Leadership Institute presents an opportunity for State/Regional Head Start Association Leaders to network, learn, and share how to be more effective advocates in their states. The track is specifically designed for state/regional association board members, presidents, executive directors, and other association staff. After a broad look at national challenges and opportunities, the institute will explore state policy challenges and opportunities as well as provide attendees with specific ways to improve their communication skills and grow their advocacy networks.
