You know you have vendors, but do you have subrecipients? How do you know? This webinar will help you identify the characteristics of vendors and subrecipients and how to effectively manage each relationship. The training will cover:
- Critical indicators of each relationship
- Differences between monitoring subrecipients and managing vendor contracts
- Tools to help you track information and stay on top of your monitoring process
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how to identify whether you are working with a vendor or subrecipient
- Identify the difference between monitoring and contract management
- Use best practices in managing vendors versus subrecipients
1.0 CPE credits*
To receive continuing professional education (CPE) credits, you will need to complete a CPE request form within three business days of the webinar.
