The Administration for Children and Families published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to establish a system of designation renewal (re-competition) of Head Start and Early Head Start grantees. NHSA is currently reviewing the proposed regulation and developing our comments on it. Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez is Recipient of The Dream Lives on Alumni Award

It was magic.
