NHSA Launches SupportHeadStart.org
To help the Head Start and Early Head Start community get important and timely messages to Capitol Hill, we have launched www.SupportHeadStart.org.
From this easy-to-use website, you can send a message to your Representatives and Senators about Head Start and Early Head Start appropriations for FY 2011.
We need your help and the time is now! Congress may not approve the President's budget request for Head Start for FY 2011, which means we could lose the gains we recently made through the Recovery Act.

Calling All State and Regional Association Leaders!
NHSA is pleased to launch an outreach effort to engage regional and state association leadership – volunteer boards and professional staff. Our goal is to re-imagine the new NHSA network of relationships - local, state, regional, and national - and articulate its purposes, including quality improvement of programs and services to children and their families.
