Head Start and Partnerships

Head Start’s partnership philosophy is based on the development of collaborative relationships to increase the sharing of information and resources which, in turn, makes Head Start more effective in meeting its goals and mission. Head Start is well known for the importance that it places on partnerships.

The National Head Start Association reflects the Head Start partnership philosophy by working closely with a variety of corporations, non-profits, and federal agencies to provide information, resources and services to our members. NHSA also recognizes the numerous national organizations that partner with Head Start programs in local communities across the nation.
