The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services established the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Re-Designation of Head Start Grantees to provide recommendations for the creation of a system to renew the designation of Head Start grantees. This committee is soliciting comments regarding the re-designation process. We have submitted our comments to this committee.
