Inspired by Head Start's dedicated families and staff, Robin is committed to finding the spark in each individual, regardless of role or title. She joined the Michigan Head Start Association (MHSA) as their Executive Director in August of 2010. Robin brings more than fifteen years of experience with non-profit organizations.
Her most recent positions include her work as the Executive Director of the Michigan Association for Bilingual Education, and director positions held at Michigan Association for Health Plans, as well as state government on behalf of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and the office of the Governor.

As an advocate for children and families, Edward promotes the notion that each of us is a leader and has the responsibility to learn and grow new skills to meet those challenges. Prior to his current position as the Senior Director of Professional Development Services for the National Head Start Association (NHSA), Edward served as the Executive Director of the California Head Start Association (CHSA) and as the Director of National Child Care Programs for the Low Income Investment Fund.
Edward also serves on the Board of Directors for Californians in Support of Early Education and the Child Development Policy Institute.
