Research-to-Practice Symposium - This Symposium brings together leading researchers from a wide variety of human development perspectives who will outline emerging studies and how the lessons learned impact child and family outcomes. Sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event, organization name & logo on program and opportunity to participate in the event program. Sponsor name will appear on the screen and be recognized before and after the event. A sponsor representative will be seated at head table and will be given a few minutes to make remarks to the guests.
Alumni Reception - Join Alumni from across the United States to celebrate the legacy of Head Start. This event will bring the sponsoring organization to the attention of past, present and future leaders within the Head Start community. Sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event, organization name & logo on program and opportunity to participate in the event program. The sponsor’s logo will be on display and a sponsor representative will welcome those in attendance and make a few remarks to the guests.
Networking Reception for Directors - Head Start Directors from across the United States will gather, along with Office of Head Start officials, to discuss emerging issues faced by those in the field. The event sponsor can participate in these discussions with decision makers and promote solutions and ideas. A sponsor logo will be on display and a sponsor representative will welcome those in attendance and make a few remarks to the guests. Sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event, organization name & logo on program and opportunity to participate in the event program.
Awards Ceremony & Dinner -This special evening will put your company in the midst of the National Award Winners while celebrating individual achievements of those making a positive impact on the children in Head Start. A sponsor representative will be seated at the head table and will make a few remarks to guests. Sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event, sponsor logo on programs and other prominent areas, and an opportunity to participate in the event program.
Parent Policy Council Recognition Dinner - Participate in a celebration of the many achievements of the Policy Council. Sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event, organization name and logo on program, and opportunity to participate in the event program.
Public Policy Breakfast - Hear from leading voices on the challenges and opportunities facing Head Start, especially in this election year. A sponsor representative will be seated at the head table and be introduced to the guests. Sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event, organization name and logo on program, and the opportunity to participate in the event program.
Affiliate Leadership Institute - State and Regional Head Start Associations are key partners in the expansion of Head Start’s impact at the state and national levels. The Institute will focus on identifying and overcoming emerging challenges through policy development, dialogue and capacity building. A sponsor representative will be invited to make remarks to the group. The sponsor’s logo will be on display within the area
Special Training Events - The training tracks will be a series of sessions featuring exciting, new, and innovative ideas to be shared within the Head Start Community. The sponsor will have access to the distinguished leaders in early childhood. A sponsor representative will make a few encouraging remarks to the audience. Sponsorship includes organization name and logo on program and the opportunity to participate in the event program.
Opening Session and Welcome Reception - Held in the exhibit area, this relaxed reception is designed to promote the products and services our vendors as well as network with other guests. The event sponsors receive acknowledgement through signage and recognition throughout the event. The sponsor’s logo will appear in all conference print media prior to the conference. Sponsors will be allowed to have a give-away for each guest.
Closing Session - As a sponsor of our closing session, your company will receive prominent exposure to the second largest audience during our closing keynote session. Your organization will be thanked at the beginning and conclusion of the closing session and your company’s name and logo will appear on signage throughout the session. A company representative gets exclusive opportunity to place information on seats before the speech. The sponsors will be allowed to have a give-away for each guest.
Special Directors Forum - These informational and networking events are exclusively for Head Start and Early Head Start directors, giving them the important opportunity to network with their peers from across the country to discuss unique challenges and successes. Sponsors’ name and logo are recognized in invitations sent to directors and in the program guide. Sponsors will be allowed to have a give-away for each guest. Sponsorship also includes the opportunity to participate in the event program.
Continuing Education Tracking Stations - The Continuing Education Log-In Stations are located in a well-trafficked area and attract a great deal of attention during the annual meeting. Sponsors will have information displayed on the screen saver, on station signage, and in promotional materials. Sponsor representative are welcome to chat with NHSA members at the stations. The sponsor(s) will be allowed to have a give-away for each guest.
Conference Breaks A.M./P.M. - Multiple sponsorships are available to provide light refreshments and snacks to attendees. Sponsor logos will be placed in the station area and the sponsor will be recognized during plenary sessions. Sponsorship also includes organization name and logo on the item or area signage as appropriate.
Conference Tote Bag - Sponsorship of this item provides a tote bag to each conference attendee. The sponsor’s logo will appear along with NHSA‘s logo on each bag.
Conference Program Guide - Sponsor logo will appear along with a brief note of thanks throughout the conference guide to acknowledge your contribution.
Conference Cyber Café - The 24/7 cyber café is a popular gathering spot for those who need to check their e-mails frequently. Your company logo will be on the screen saver and company’s website set as the home page.
Conference Lanyards - The Badge Holders and Lanyards are probably the most visible part of any conference. Your company logo will appear, alongside the NHSA logo, on each badge.
Hotel Key Cards - Your logo and booth number will be seen every time attendees enter their hotel rooms when you sponsor this custom-designed, hotel room key. Keys will be distributed at the participating official NHSA hotels only, two keys per guest.
Hydration Station - Conference attendees will thank you for quenching their thirst with water stations located in several areas of the exhibit hall and in the corridors of the conference sessions. The sponsor’s logo will be placed in the station area.
Charging Stations - New Item! NHSA is offering the opportunity to keep attendees at the show site by allowing them to charge their cell phones in the Registration Area instead of returning to their hotel rooms. Charging stations have an exterior vinyl wrap for branding.
“On Location” Conference Newsletter - New Item! This timely newsletter will be distributed throughout the conference and will carry articles on conference-related and relevant news topics. Sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the newsletter as well as company name and logo.
Tote Bag Inserts - Pens, note pads, water bottles, pins, and other items will be placed in the conference bag for each attendee. Sponsor literature may be included (limited to the first five sponsors). Sorry, no food items.
Special Event Memento - Have your company recognized on special take-home mementos given to conference participants who attend the featured events.
