Friday, April 27, 2012, Yasmina Vinci submitted written testimony in support of funding for Head Start and Early Head Start in Fiscal Year 2013 (FY13)to the Senate Appropriations Committeee Subcommitte on Labor, Health and Human Services. She calls for an increase in spendin of $325 million over FY 2012 to cover increased expenses, improve access for vulnerable infants, and meet the requirements of the 2007 Head Start Reauthorization Act.
