Yasmina Vinci, Executive Director of the National Head Start Association, testified at a Public Witness Hearing of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies regarding Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 budget priorities.
