Yasmina Vinci Testifies on Capitol Hill

On March 29, 2012, Yasmina Vinci, NHSA Executive Director, presented testimony before the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies Subcommittee of the House Committee on Appropriations. The Subcommittee held a public hearing on proposed FY 2013 appropriations for programs, including Head Start and Early Head Start. More than 125 organizations and individuals applied to give testimony. Only 20 were selected, including NHSA's Vinci.
