If your community has an Independence Day parade, please be sure to have Head Start families represented and participating.  You can decorate and take your yellow bus or have a friendly business invite you to their float. NHSA needs a few good Education Managers!!

NHSA is bringing together a group of Ed Managers/Coordinators to help us review an exciting opportunity that has popped up. It would involve taking part in one or two conference or go to meeting calls and review of some STEM material designed to provide teachers with an easy, fun approach for integrating STEM into their current curriculum. This Ed Managers Smart Group will review the material to ensure the content is developmentally appropriate and designed to meet the needs of Head Start teachers. The work will take place sometime during the next six weeks. If you are an Education Manager/Coordinator and are interested in joining the Smart Group, please contact Jane Adams at jadams@nhsa.org as soon as possible.
