NHSA Educational Hearing on Capitol Hill

NHSA assembled some of the finest researchers in academia to discuss the needs and benefits of Head Start. At our educational hearing on January 29, 2003 on Capitol Hill, leading researchers made presentations on poverty in America and on the effectiveness of Head Start.
