NHSA Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
In order to plan for and deliver high quality trainings and conferences, NHSA must estimate attendance, enter contracts, and prepay many expenses. Therefore, we must follow a strict, fiscally sound refund/cancellation policy.
Please note:
Payment
Registration for all NHSA trainings and conferences, including online events and teleconferences, will be accepted only if full payment, including full payment of purchase orders, is received prior to the cut-off dates indicated on conference/training materials.
Cancellation and Refund
- Refunds for NHSA Annual Training Conferences will only be made if written notification is received by the date indicated in the conference materials.

A $75, per person, processing fee will be charged. Tickets purchased for special events may be transferred, without penalty, to another member of the same agency. Registration fees may not be transferred to a future training event.
- Due to limited preparation time for NHSA Annual Parent Training Conferences, no refunds will be made. Tickets purchased for special events may be transferred, without penalty, to another member of the same agency.
- No refunds will be made for all other NHSA trainings including online events and teleconferences.
