NHSA’s Executive Challenges mini conference is designed to meet the needs of Head Start directors and executive directors. The conference addresses ongoing challenges that executive directors and directors encounter when administering Head Start Programs. Topics include, but are not limited to, Program Performance Standards, PRISM reviews and findings, legal advice, legislative updates, human resources, funding concerns, retirement preparation, and planning for succession. The Executive Challenges conference highlights include keynote addresses, networking receptions, and other special events. CEU credit is available.
