Anti-Racism and Anti-Bias, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant

The National Head Start Association (NHSA) is seeking proposals to help our organization commit to anti-racism and antibias and ensure our work climate is healthy and inclusive for all. We seek to conduct internal diversity, anti-racist, and antibias learning sessions with NHSA staff; conduct diversity audits and provide support to identify metrics to measure organizational progress; regularly assess and chart next steps; and in doing so, strengthen our organization’s overall commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. We believe that through continuous learning, constant reflection, and open communication we can better accomplish our mission of coalescing, inspiring, and supporting the Head Start community as a leader in early childhood development and education.
