The National Head Start Association strives to create meaningful partnerships and alliances that inspire and support the Head Start field as a leader in early childhood development and education.
We create mutually beneficial relationships with nonprofit organizations, corporations, and government agencies that are strongly aligned with NHSA’s mission and priorities. Our partnerships focus on those designed to enhance Head Start programs’ ability to provide high quality services to Head Start families and their children. NHSA does not review, rate, or endorse partner products or resources.
Partnership requests are evaluated using a set of criteria that include:
- Alignment with NHSA mission and priorities
- The ability of the proposed relationship to be mutually beneficial and produce meaningful outcomes
- An evaluation that sufficient staff capacity exists to support the request
NHSA also welcomes partnerships with researchers and research organizations, and hosts a Research Partnerships Database to facilitate partnerships between researchers and local Head Start programs. Individuals or organizations interested in research with Head Start should visit our Head Start Research Agenda. For more information, contact Victoria Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org.
